We will be working on determined the economic impact of hosting a super bowl. Each group will be given a budget and see how much money is spent on Super bowl activities.

Intro Business

This week you will continue to work on your business plan for your business that is opening up in December. This week focus will be on Target Marketing and SWOT.

Location is important... Why when you see a QT you see a RACETRAC within 3 miles?

Sports Marketing

Students will be working on Motivation Assignment. We will look at video clips from

2.Inky Johnson
3. Lean On Me

Students will be charged with creating a 3-4 minute motivational video that will be uploaded to youtube for the world to be motivated by. (Monday-Thursday_

Students will do a system check and email check to prepare for fantasy  football Pre-Draft. Learning about sports and Stock market( Ongoing)

Students will recite or record there Pitch on Friday of this week.

Short Week Team Due to the Hurricane.


Wednesday- We will discuss the Supply/Demand from the Hurricane and we will finish our               Extreme Sport Project


Thursday/Friday- Do presentations on Extreme ,m Sports Projects and take a test and clear unit on Friday. With Pyramid

Intro Sports/Ent
We will discuss Risk is Sports in Jobs and Sports.
Mon-Wednesday- Take notes and lecture on risk in the world. Why do injuries occur? What is an dangerous job Assignment? Extremer Sports/Extreme Jobs Project given due- After Labor Day

Thursday- CTLS Day. Students will have a test on Risk Management in Sports/Ent. Continue to work on Extreme Sports Project.

Friday- Discuss Book Expectations. Have book ready to read by Tuesday to begin our CTAE Book Study.  Watch clips on risk in jobs and begin working on Extreme Sports Projects


Advanced Sports-
EOPA Activity- Answer Questions and turn in on Friday.
Week Task-Operations Assignment- Define Operations and create a 1 pager on proper Operations.
Monday- Wednesday-
 1. Students film a short dedication for labor Day for our Back to School Edition for Weekly Show.
2. Film a short video message for the 1st football home game.
3. Shout out to Volleyball Softball

Thursday/Friday- EOPA review questions are due on Friday.

Sports Marketing

This week we will present our Extreme Sports Projects  Students have done the research and will present on their project.

We will also have the Trust Fall Project where you have to trust.(Friday)

Level 3 students will begin to work on EOPA pre-test( Thur/Friday )



Marketing

Monday-Wednesday- We are focusing on the aspect of money/income of kids. Target the kids in what ways. Are tattoos appropriate  for a doll or a superhero? What about the devil?

Wednesday/Thursday- Students will work in class to create and design their Action/Figure and the box associated with the item.

Week of 2/6/17

Sports Marketing

This week students will begin to learn about NCAA,Title 9,Pros/Joes and Extreme Sports. Students will learn all the aspects and concepts and create presentation on each.


Monday- Black Monday- Discuss the Super Bowl and the aftermath of the game. What was the good/bad/ugly

Tuesday- Students will begin to take notes on the unit and discuss extreme sports/jobs. What makes it extreme?

Wednesday/Thursday- Students will work on their Project. be sure that all facts match
